Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by WholesaleJigs.com.au ("Promoter") ABN 20 187 474 258, located in New South Wales.
2. Giveaway Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Purchases received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 AUD spent in a single transaction at WholesaleJigs.com.au.
Entry calculation is based on the final order value paid, including shipping, gift cards, and excluding any refunds.
Entries are calculated and recorded via Shopify order totals.
There is no maximum number of entries.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded (in full or part), or charged back will have entries adjusted or voided accordingly.
Example:
A $75.00 order (including shipping) = 75 entries.
5. Prize Details
The prize consists of:
One new (1) Yamaga Blanks Blue Current III 8'2" rod
One new (1) Shimano Stradic FM 2500 spinning reel
Spool filled with New 10lb Varivas braid
Total prize pool value: AUD $954.00
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw conducted within 10 days of the Promotion Period ending.
The draw will take place at the Promoter’s registered business address and will be posted via a live stream on the Wholesalejigs.com.au Instagram linked here https://www.instagram.com/wholesalejigs.com.au/
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided with their order within 5 business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw will occur.
7. Public Announcement
By entering the promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may publish the winner’s first name and state on its website and social media channels for the purpose of transaparency and evidence of giveaway.
8. Claiming the Prize
The prize will be shipped at the Promoter’s expense to an Australian address supplied by the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
If an order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back during the Promotion Period, the corresponding entry will be deemed invalid.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:
Any technical issues affecting entry
Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize
Late, lost, or misdirected entries
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. Regulatory Compliance
This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion.
Based on a total prize pool of $954.00, no permit is required in NSW, ACT, or SA under current threshold requirements.
If laws change, the Promoter will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
13. Acceptance
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
