Hobie Lynx Seat Accessory Mount

The attachment adds storage to the Hobie Lynx seat without need to modify or screw anything. Other solutions compromise the ability of the seat to fold, while this attachment, with whatever accessory you attach will slide off the seat for storage easily on both sides of the seat.

Two versions of the Seat Mount are available

1. Common accessory port with locking mechanism 
   
2. Solid mount that you can drill any accessory into

The part is 3d printed with industrial equipment and a high infill ratio which has not deformed in extensive Australian summer testing.

The mount is good for medium loads like a few water bottles in a caddy or a rod but not for activities like holding a bait rod with high drag.

The solid variant requires predrilling before using self tapping screws to secure accessories.

The current colour is a similar grey to the top of the Hobie Lynx.
